در دل تهران، خانه‌ای قدیمی هنوز زنده است. ساختمانی از دهه‌های گذشته که حالا با نگاهی نو بازسازی شده؛ توسط یک خواهر و برادر که نه فقط با سلیقه، بلکه با احترام به تاریخ، آن را به هاستل کرگدن تبدیل کرده‌اند. معمار این پروژه، شاگرد هوشنگ سیحون، یکی از پیشگامان معماری نوین ایران بوده است. اینجا جایی‌ست که گذشته و حال در کنار هم تنفس می‌کنند.
